"The Guiding Light" is an original textured abstract artwork using mixed media on Canvas (121.8x 91.4cm - 38mm frame depth)

The Guiding Light" symbolizes inspiration, hope, and clarity. The cream background provides a serene and neutral base, representing calmness and openness. This soft backdrop sets the stage for the vibrant gold texture running through the middle, which serves as the focal point of the artwork. 

The interplay between the calm cream tones and the dynamic, textured gold creates a sense of balance, emphasizing how moments of stillness and clarity can reveal the guiding energy within life.  I believe that this painting would invite the viewers to reflect on the idea that amidst the simplicity of existence, there is always a radiant and precious force leading the way towards purpose and hope.

Please note that the gold element of this painting appears differently under varying lighting conditions. It looks its best when illuminated with light hitting it from the front or center, enhancing its shine and texture. The colours can change a bit depending on your lighting. All pictures are taken in daylight with a window infront of them.

Framing - Please note that framing is not included with my paintings at the moment, however, for all my work I use Premium Double Thick canvases which feature a 38mm (1.5in) deep frame that offers a contemporary clean edge look with no further framing required. The edges are painted in Titanium white, but if you want the edges to be painted with colors to match the painting, that can be arranged with no cost.
