"Horizon of Hope" is an original textured abstract artwork using mixed media on Canvas (121.8x 91.4cm - 38mm frame depth)

The Horizon implies a far-reaching view, symbolizing vast possibilities, yet the muted colors suggest a sense of stillness and quiet anticipation. It evokes a landscape where the natural elements—such as the white lake, brown trees, and beige tones with shards of Gold —are softened, almost as if they are enveloped in a gentle fog or mist. I wanted this piece to reflect a peaceful, tranquil moment where the intensity of the world is calmed and subdue.

I created this piece "Horizon of Hope" with the purpose of reminding the viewers to embrace resilience, find stillness within, and keep their gaze fixed on the horizon. Even in the midst of life’s starkness or challenges, there is always the promise of growth, beauty, and new beginnings waiting ahead. 

Please note that each piece of art is uniquely created, infused with passion, creativity, and a story that speaks to the heart. No two creations are alike, ensuring that every piece you choose is as special and one-of-a-kind. Framing - Please note that framing is not included with my paintings at the moment, however, for all my work I use Premium Double Thick canvases which feature a 38mm (1.5in) deep frame that offers a contemporary clean edge look with no further framing required. The edges are painted in Titanium white, but if you want the edges to be painted with colors to match the painting, that can be arranged with no cost. This needs to be informed at the time of placing the order by emailing me at himashiperera.art@gmail.com

Please note the colours can change a bit depending on your lighting. All pictures are taken in daylight with a window infront of them.
